Floral Delight Criss-Cross Pocket Card For Paper Players Challenge

Hello My Stampin' Friends!

I have CASE'd my CASE and created another Criss-Cross Gift Card Pocket card. This time in sunny yellows.

I am playing with The Paper Players Challenge and paying homage to LeAnne's card - as I never would've seen her card if not for this challenge. I hope she is honored by how obsessed I've become with her card.

Here is the Challenge:

Here is my Card:

The Delightful Wishes Bundle, and coordinating Floral Delight DSP,  called to me the second I turned to the page in the Mini Catalog.  Some of the floral images took me back to the Forsythia Bushes that we had in my childhood yard in Massachusetts.  They were so pretty when they bloomed.  They also remind me of the Carolina Jessamine that grows wild here in South Carolina. 

As with yesterday's card, the Gift Card will tuck into the strip of DSP at the bottom of the Arch Panel.

I wish you could see how beautiful this is in person.

I've been challenged to try to get a good photo of it.

Attention Shoppers Criss-Cross Pocket Card In Blue

Hello My Stampin' Friends!

Today, I am sharing a card inspired by fellow Demo

LeAnne Pugliese. I just loved her pocket card and had to give it a go.

I have been kind of obsessed with Pocket Cards lately.

I hadn't made one in some time but, suddenly, I've started making a ton of them. I guess you just never know when you will return to an old favorite. Right?

LeAnne's card was a flat panel with the criss-cross pocket on top.

I chose to create a full-size card and turn the Arch Insert into a Gift Card Pocket.

I guess it's a pocket inside a pocket on top of a card.  LOL.

 

The Gift Card gets tucked into the Gingham strip along the bottom of the Arch Panel.

When the recipient removes the Gift Card,  it reveals the message.

There is still a white panel on the inside of the card itself.

Allowing plenty of room to hand-write a message.

As I always do, I coordinated the Envelope to the card.

I simply added the same Gingham DSP to the envelope flap.

Wildflower Birthday Balloons For The Stamping With Friends Floating Hexagon Blog Hop

Hello My Stampin' Friends!

Today, I am Blog-Hopping with Friends and you will Love our theme:

Floating Hexagon Fun Fold Cards.

Each of us have created a unique card to share with you.  

I can't wait to hop along with you and see the other entries.

My card features the Wildflower Birthday Specialty Papers with the included Die Cuts. I Love that Stampin' Up! has started including these sheets for us to play with! It makes creating our projects so easy - but they look like we took a lot of time to create them.

Here is my Card:

 

I chose the Large Balloons die-cut, from the paper pack, 

because it was the perfect size for my card.

It "floats" on a Window Sheet panel to give it support. 

I added a beautiful Bow to my balloons,

as well as a touch of Wink Of Stella, to dress up the card.

This is one of my most favorite Ribbons.  

I hope it sticks around for a long, long time.

My greeting is from the Best Family Ever stamp set.

It was the perfect size, and font, for the card. Don't you agree?

I finished it off with a few Glossy Dots.  

They added the right finishing touch.
