Card: True Gentleman Suite: Foxy Dapper Day

Hello Fellow Stampers!

 Yesterday, on my Live at Five Card Class (on my Facebook page here), we created this card.  

 I will be back, Live, tomorrow, Thursday, with another True Gentleman Suite card so be sure to tune-in!

 Today's card features the same layout, with a few simple changes:

  • Cut the Night of Navy panel into a scallop edge panel.
  • Switch the greeting.
  • Cut the greeting with a Stitched Oval instead of using the punch and layer that onto a scallop oval.
  • Flip the DSP over to use the other side.
  • Add a fussy-cut bow tie to the cute little Fox.

Card: Petal Palette For Spring Fling Hop


Hello!

 Welcome to the Team Stamp It! Spring Fling Blog Hop!

Today, I am wrapping up my week-long focus on the Petal Palette stamp set and Petal Passion Suite from the Occasions Catalog.  My favorite Suite!

 I created this card for a very special lady who is celebrating a major, major accomplishment!  

 Our Team Leader, Tami White, has become the very first Demonstrator, in the history of Stampin' Up!, to reach 2Million Dollars in Career Sales!  To say I am honored and proud to be on her team is an understatement!  I cannot tell you how much she has helped me - both professionally and personally!  So, I created this card, especially for her.  
Hopefully by now she has received it because I've held off sharing it to keep it a surprise ;)  Here's hoping!

 I just love the Petal Passion Suite (Occasions Catalog pages 22,23, 24).  I love how everything is perfectly coordinated for spectacular cards, memory books, and more.  All of the supplies I used to create today's card are listed at the bottom of this post!

Cards: Fresh Florals One Sheet Wonder

I'm bringing my Super Simple Sunday Series Back!

 I've missed it!  
Do you ever feel like card making has become too complicated?  Or sat down to create, only to find yourself overwhelmed and spending your time looking at what everyone else has created and creating nothing yourself?

 Well, that is what prompted me to create these cards.


I cut up one whole sheet of Designer Series Paper, grabbed the coordinating card stock, ink, Ribbon, and stamp set (Floral Phrases) and some Whisper White (for the inside liner of my card) and forced myself to only use those supplies.  Well, I also grabbed the "Thank You" from Petal Palette because it was sitting there and it fit on my WW scraps ;) 

 And, you know what happened?  I was able to whip up 6 cards and I love them!  They are probably the quickest cards I've ever made, and I really, truly love them!  So much so, that I applied the same philosophy to 2 more sheets of completely different Designer Series Papers - and I love those too!

 I am definitely going to do a video on these because I am that excited about my results!  So stay tuned!  Want more Super Simple ideas?

Card: Petal Palette Roses

 I kept this card pretty simple.  Well, with the exception of the Cherry Cobbler Seam Binding Ribbon Bow (retired) - which is covering an Oops.
