Today's card was whipped up in about 10 minutes
using the Perfect Pennants stamp set
and the sprinkles from Gorgeous Grunge.
I had seen a similar layout browsing around Pinterest
and thought it would look cute using hearts.
I used the "Kissing Technique" ,on my solid heart image,
to get some different hearts.
This is a "one layer card" for a challenge over at
