* Fill a Stampin' Spritzer with rubbing Alcohol
*add drops of re-inker (in your preferred color. I used Island Indigo)
*Spritz Stampin' Up!'s Water Color Paper and Dazzling Diamonds Glimmer Paper
*Spritz colored Watercolor Paper with Vanilla Shimmer Smooch Spritz - while still wet.
