Welcome to our Hey Chicks Blog Hop!
If you aren't familiar with the Hey Chicks and Hey Birthday Chick Bundles,
you are about to be :)
These are so much fun and the die sets... are to die for!
My first card is a fun barnyard theme.
I actually CASE'd it from a card on Pinterest but made a few changes so it was more "me". Don't you want to make it too?
After stamping the All Wired Up background in Memento Black, on Basic White, use the new Blending Brushes to create your background color wash. Distress the edges and build up from there. My Chickens and Balloon were colored with Blends and my Chicken Coop was die-cut in Real Red and Soft Suede then I cut the Soft Suede one apart to paper piece a colorful coop. I used Foam Adhesive Sheets on my Fence to give it dimension. Just use this card as a reference and give your Barnyard your own personal touches.
On the inside of my card, I cut a piece of Basic White with the Rectangle Stitched Dies and then added "tracks" with the new Stitched With Whimsy Dies. A Birthday Chick, blowing out her candle, finishes off the inside and ties it to the outside. I added a coordinating Chick to the envelope as well. Remember, we never mail a naked envelope ;)

My second card is very simple. One any level of stamper can create easily but that even the most advanced stamper will be proud of. You don't need to spend hours and hours on a card for it to be a "Wow! I just love it!" type of card ;)
