Everyday Happiness Hexagon Window Card In White

Hello My Stampin' Friends,

We had a snow-day yesterday!
We haven't seen snow since 2018!
The county is shut down.  This New Englander is laughing over this but this area is simply not used to this.  Only a few inches and we are toast.  Our neighborhood roads are no longer visible.  They don't plow here.  I won't be leaving my house for a few days I don't think.

The view from my window is a tad different now.  I thought I might get some crafting done yesterday but, I played with the dogs outside - multiple times - and had some snuggle time on the couch instead.

My Beautiful Boys:

The 4 Hooligans (2 Girls, 2 Boys):

Now back to today's project!
I recently received the Meant To Bee Bundle.
If you haven't seen it yet, it is part of the new Scrapbooking line
we have started to carry.

The Bees coordinates with the Bee My Valentine Bundle
that is in the Annual catalog.  I realized that I don't tend to use Hexagons in my projects - despite having quite a lot of them.
That prompted me to cut out as many Hexagons as I could find.  There are a few layering Hexagon Dies in the (retired) Beautiful Shapes Dies
that I had never used!

Here is the comparison of the two sets,
along with some punches:

I was at a loss as to where to begin.
To keep it simple for myself, I chose to repeat the card design
that I had used for my Window Cards (here).
I just love this paper!
Have you overlooked this one?
It's definitely a Must-Have!

Here is one of my resulting cards:

I cut the window with the largest Hexagon from the Beautiful Shapes Dies.
I used the 2-5/8" Hexagon from the Meant To Bee Dies to cut Lost Lagoon Cardstock.  This created the "frame" layer.  I love how it leaves a thin white border around the window.  I stamped the sentiment directly on the card with Lost Lagoon Ink.  The flower, from Hearts of Elegance, was also stamped in Lost Lagoon ink, and the leaves, from Delightful Wishes, were stamped in Gray Granite.  I cut them out with their coordinating dies and added them to the card front.  A few Sunny Day Iridescent Dots finish it off.

I apologize if it appears a tad "yellowed"...
It must be the lighting with the glare off the snow outside
because I can't get a crisp white image today!

As always, don't forget to coordinate the inside of your card as well as you envelope.  I repeated the Flower from the Hearts Of Elegance stamp set and leaves from Delightful Wishes.
