Elegant Christmas Rose Thank You Card


I can’t believe I was going to “take a pass” on this bundle! 
It will last far beyond Christmas and I think everyone should own it! Imagine the possibilities!
This card is super simple to create yet has a definite WOW factor!
My rose was stamped in Versamark and then heat embossed with Gold Embossing Powder. I stamped my greeting (from a retired set but a multitude of greetings would work here) in Versamark and heat embossed that in gold as well. Gold Foil, a few Gold Glitter Enamel Dots, and the luscious Gold Shimmer Ribbon keep the card simple yet elegant.
I repeated the stamping/gold embossing on a Whisper White insert and on the envelope as well. Using the Stamparatus and a template meant I had perfect placement on all 3 elements: the card front, insert, and envelope.

Card: Christmas Rose Thank You

Wow! It has been a really, really long time since I’ve taken part in a challenge! And this was actually challenging considering I wanted to use my new Christmas Rose bundle and follow this week’s TGIf Challenge, a color challenge:



As I mentioned in yesterday’s post, the Christmas Rose Suite is not just for Christmas! It will be perfect for any occasion! To create this Thank You card, I used the challenge colors for my rose image and then cut some pine boughs from Pear Pizzaz and Early Espresso to layer behind it. A little Bling – Clear Wink of Stella, dots of glue on my berries, and some Sequins – finished it off nicely.







My Stamparatus made it so easy to line up all of the pieces of this rose. I was able to stamp all different colors and layers as I “played” all afternoon. Obviously, I’ll have a lot more to share with you ðŸ˜‰ I was also able to finish up photographing for my Exclusive 6-card Tutorial I’m offering with purchase of this bundle ðŸ˜‰
