On this day of Remembrance, my card is a simple one, 

fitting for any somber occasion or day of celebration.  

It's all in the color palette you choose to use.

I went for a simple Monochromatic color scheme

and created two cards

on in Evening Evergreen and one in Soft Succulent.

 My colors came from the pattern I chose 

from the Tidings Of Christmas Designer Series Paper.

I thought this paper was perfect for this card design.

Announcing My Love Of Leaves Class To Go

Welcome to my new Class To Go 

featuring the Love of Leaves Bundle. 

This class will be delivered your door (unless you select the Porch Pick Up option  ) so you can enjoy creating your class projects at your leisure - and even in your jammies.

Your Class Kit will include:
*Step-by-Step PDF Tutorials for creating 4 cards + a decorated acetate gift box for your cards
*All of the pre-cut card stock to create the cards 
*Four Whisper White Envelopes
*One Acetate Card Box and coordinating materials to decorate the box

The cost for this class is $39 (plus $8.50 Priority Mail w/Tracking & Insurance if you do not arrange for Porch Pick-Up at my home).

Welcome Fall With Our Team Hop!

Hello!

My name is Mary Bush and I would like to welcome you to my blog!  Today, I am hopping along with my Team as we celebrate Fall - my most favorite season of all!  

I love Fall!  It has always been my "Season Of Renewal".   I love the sound of the fallen leaves crunching under foot, that way the sunlight gets in the fall, the smell and crackling of burning fires, cozy sweaters and fleece jackets, and those wonderful colors! 

So, how excited was I when the Love Of Leaves Bundle came out?  It was made just for me!  LOL.  Thank You Stampin' Up! ;)

My card share is actually a CASE (Copy And Share Everything) from a card in the catalog.  I just altered it to use less of this gorgeous Designer Series Paper (DSP) and made a Note Card set instead of a full-size card.  I just love our Note Cards!  They come packaged with the envelopes and you get 20 Cards and 20 Envelopes for only $7!  And, the way I cut my paper, I can get 24 cards out of only 2 sheets of DSP.  That's pretty cool, right?

For The Love Of Leaves Note Card for Kylie's Training Program Blog Hop

My card features the Love of Leaves Bundle and Gilded Autumn Designer Series Paper from the current Holiday/Mini Catalog.  

I have created a note card based on the layout of a card sample shown on page 49 of the catalog.

I love the stitching around the outside of the die-cut leaf, don't you?  It really adds something extra special to your projects.  

By die-cutting a "window" in my Cinnamon Cider panel, I have a leaf to use on another project.  And, I can tuck just a small piece of that amazing patterned paper behind the window.  This way, the print can really be the star of the card but, by using just a small piece, I won't be using up a lot of my gorgeous paper.

Love Of Leaves Hello For International Blog Highlights

Hello!

Today I am joining in Kylie Bertucci's International Blog Projects Highlights for September 2020.

If you are new to my blog, My name is Mary Bush and I am an Independent Stampin' Up! Demonstrator from South Carolina, USA.

For our Blog Highlights Tour, I am sharing a beautiful card I created using the Love of Leaves Bundle - now available in my Online Store.  I love sending Thank You cards that my recipient can forward on.  There is nothing like receiving a card in the mail and I love being able to send my gratitude - while allowing them to "pay it forward".

I have paired this bundle with my favorite Designer Series Paper - Plaid Tidings. I want to stock-up on this gorgeous paper!  There is a color pattern that fits every season, and every occasion.  You will want to stock-up on this too!

You will also want to be sure to add the Love of Leaves bundle to your order!  The stitching on these leaves is to die for!  Each die stitches the outline of the image and there is a stitched insert you can add which stitches the inside of the leaf!  How awesome is that?!  On my card, you can see that I cut a leaf from the Copper Foil and stitched the Plaid Paper with the insert that coordinates with that particular leaf.  See that stitched waterfall look?  That die is included in the set!  It really makes my card a "Wow"!
