Hearts For You Paper Pumpkin Alternate Card With Perennial Postage and Hearts Of Elegance

Hello My Stampin' Friends,

Today I am sharing another alternate card I have created with the 

January Paper Pumpkin Kit: Hearts For You.

and then go order a refill kit.  It won't come with the stamp set but, I am sure you have plenty of wonderful stamps that will compliment this kit perfectly.  I didn't use the stamps from the kit on this card.  I used the Hearts Of Elegance stamp set from the current Mini Catalog.

I really like how this card turned out.  

And it allows the marbled card base from the kit to not over-power it.

I added a strip from the card base to the inside to tie it all together.

Hearts Of Elegance Always In My Heart Pop-Up Card

Hello My Stampin' Friends,

I have been seeing these Pop-Up Cards literally popping-up everywhere!

Yesterday, I finally decided to try to figure it out.  I think I got it!  LOL.

I'm pretty happy with myself.  

I have even decided to use this design in my next Fun Fold Class To Go!  We will be using the Wildflower Birthday Specialty DSP from the current Mini Catalog.  In total, we will create 4 different Fun Folds.  I have three of them designed now.  As soon as I get the fourth completed, I will announce the class.

Everyday Happiness Hearts Of Elegance Hexagon Window Card In Beige

Hello My Stampin' Friends,

The bitter cold continues with the addition of ice from the small amounts of melting.  I still can't see my driveway but I think the road is now visible.  I just haven't walked out there to check.  Maybe later if our mail service starts up again.  The county is still asking people to stay home if they can so it may be another day or two until I can leave my house.  Oh well. The sun is streaming into my craft room this morning so I'll just pretend it's warm out.  LOL.

Today's card share is a duplicate of yesterday's card.  I simply changed the color of my card base to the Basic Beige and chose a different pattern from the Everyday Happiness DSP.  It softens the card dramatically.  It also gives it a tad more "Masculine feel" even though I am still using flowers. 

As with yesterday's cards, I have cut the window with the largest Hexagon from the Beautiful Shapes Dies (retired) and used the 2-5/8" Hexagon from the Meant To Bee Dies to cut Lost Lagoon Cardstock for the "frame" layer.   I stamped the sentiment (from Hearts of Elegance) directly on the card with Lost Lagoon Ink.  The flower, from Hearts of Elegance, was also stamped in Wild Wheat ink, and the leaves, from Delightful Wishes, were stamped in Lost Lagoon.  I cut them out with their coordinating dies and added them to the card front.  

As always, don't forget to coordinate the inside of your card as well as your envelope.  I repeated the Flower from the Hearts Of Elegance stamp set and the leaves from Delightful Wishes.
